Custom EV Transmission Conversion Service
This is a modification service for your existing transmission, not an off-the-shelf product for purchase.We can have your customer-supplied transmissions converted into an EV-ready unit specifically designed to complement your electric drivetrain. The original internal gearing is replaced with two high-quality forward gears, each custom-set to match your vehicle’s performance and range needs. Because modern AC motors can spin in either direction, the factory reverse gear is removed, and reverse functionality is achieved simply by toggling a directional switch. For safety, we recommend configuring your motor controller to apply limited power when operating in reverse.
Please note: Final pricing is subject to change based on the current cost of required parts and the condition of the core transmission upon inspection. We'll provide an updated estimate if any adjustments are necessary before proceeding with the work. Each transmission is custom built to your application with a typical lead time of 4–6 weeks.
