Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: At EV West Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality parts and products. To maintain our standards, we enforce the following strict return policy:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- All returned parts must be unused and free from any signs of installation, wear, or damage.
- Returns must include the original factory packaging with all included components (e.g., instructions, accessories, labels).
- Items must be in resellable condition, free from scratches, dents, or any modifications.
- Return Process:
- All returns require prior authorization. Contact us at sales@evwest.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Items will be inspected upon arrival to confirm compliance with the above conditions. Items that fail inspection may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Exceptions: EV West Inc. may make exceptions at its discretion after a thorough examination of returned items. Additional fees may apply.
- Non-Returnable Items: Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged; custom or special-order items; items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"; and items sold as closeout, clearance, or surplus are not eligible for return. Closeout, clearance, and surplus items are sold as-is and are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items except in the case of a verified defect covered under the applicable warranty.
- Return Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. EV West Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
