EV West CAN Bus Tachometer Output Adapter for Hyper9 Drive Systems

The EV West CAN Bus Tachometer adapter will allow you to use your original positive ignition triggered tachometer with the new CAN bus standard found on all new EV motor controllers. This features user-selectable termination, as well as compatibility with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12 cylinder engines. The firmware is currently written for the NetGain Hyper9 system, but this will work with all CAN bus based inverters, and we can change the CAN PID upon request.

If you have an older negative ignition coil or negative earth ground, you might need an additional adapter to make your factory tachometer work with our CAN bus adapter. This can be found HERE.
